The Beach, The Street continued….here a climber works out on a rope at Seacliff State Beach.  In “Bystander”, the great book on the history of street photography, the authors say that the street “is any public place where a photographer could take pictures of subjects who are unknown to him and whenever possible, unconscious of his presence.”
