Museo De Arte Moderno
Why the Dominican Republic? Alice and I were visiting our daughter, Olive, who is taking classes in Santo Domingo for the 2010-11 school year. We saw a great exhibit/juried competition titled “Primer Trienal del Caribe”. Artists from all over the Caribbean participated. The theme of the show was the environment and it took up all four floors of the museum. Very cool show!
