Bridge History
With all the hoopla about the 75th anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge, I thought I'd share a couple of photos from the 50th anniversary. This photo was taken shortly after sunrise. As we walked toward Marin County, it eventually became impossible to move forward. The bridge was gridlocked with people. It was exhilarating and scary. Yes, we could feel the bridge move. Left to right, Ken, Elizabeth and Alice.
