In the Water

I experimented with a Nikonos underwater camera. It wasn’t entirely successful.
I did get a few dreamy looking photos that have a look and feel I like.
Photographing in the water was a new challenge. It’s a constantly changing scene!
With these photos I was trying to do what photographers call a “split”. Half out of the water and half under water.
This one incorporates a bit of camera motion. Works for me.

The Island

An evening photo walk in the South Pacific.
As the sun set the scene got better and better.
These photos were shot on film and scanned. I made no Photoshop adjustments.
A South Pacific sunset unaltered.
Next level sunset!

While Walking

I was out on a morning walk. Trying to stay ahead of the rain.
A couple of Boardwalk scenes caught my eye!

A Few More

A few more photos from the Rio Del Mar area.
These were made over the past few weeks.
So far, it’s been a great winter for dramatic beach scenes.
