On the Wharf

I’ve got a bit of a fixation on this area. Unbrellas, tables, lamp posts make nice
repeating patterns. Add a bicycle and a man walking and you have a photo.

Car vs. Bike

A scene near the Dream Inn. The bicyclist wanted the driver to apologize
for almost hitting him from behind. The discussion went on for some time,
people stopped to watch and cars backed up. Finally the driver said
he was sorry and the bicyclist rode off. I’m not sure anything was
accomplished but bike guy seemed relieved after the apology.

Pelicans Are Back

Seen yesterday while walking along the Wilder Ranch Bluff Trail. So many squads in the air and on the water!

Fog Can Be A Good Thing

If you’re from inland California and have been suffering triple digit temperatures,
a day on the cool, foggy, Monterey Bay is such a relief.
From 105 degrees to 65 degrees.
Ahhh…!!!

At Home

It’s always been fun to photograph the family. This is from birthday weekend mid-June.

Nikonos 1 continued

The second roll of film. Kodak Color Plus 200.
There’s a learning curve. The reflection is a “happy accident” of a missed frame.
To be continued …

South County Summer

Not the usual summer in California image. Here, we’re groveling for waves in the fog.
