I took this one a couple of months ago. It's a quick grab shot with my Holga 135BC and Kodak 200 ISO film. I liked the couple, the beach, the Boardwalk and the light.

If you're in the Bookshop Santa Cruz pick up the new edition of California Northern, A New Regionalism. In addition to some outstanding stories, this issue features ten of my photos. The two photographs posted today are published in this issue.
California Northern can be purchased at most independent bookstores in the San Francisco Bay area or online at: http://calnorthern.net/. Thanks to editor Paul Barrett for his interest in my work!

I love the eye photographs on the walls of Live Oak Super. This photo works well with my March 22 entry.

A couple of random photos that have been sitting on my desk top. This one is from the Homeless Garden Project farm. I liked the colors and the texture of the peeling paint.
This one is from Crissey Field in San Francisco. I really worked on the composition and the light was beautiful. Both were taken with the Holga 135BC.
