After using Amtrak to get from NYC to DC to Charleston we rented a car and drove to NOLA via Savannah. A few scenes from our southern road trip.
In the interest of time most of the trip was on big interstate highways. When we did travel on the smaller highways we usually came across a cool spot. This is a public beach on the Florida Panhandle. I love the retro look.

Up early in Charleston. Looking for photos.
The air was warm and humid and the wind was up a little.
Out on the pier I met Tommy a friendly Charleston local.

It was a warm, rainy morning in Central Park. I was out wandering. It was early, darkish and moody and there weren’t many people about. Ideal conditions for Tri-X and the Holga!

According to the Santa Cruz Sentinel, Elkhorn Slough is the second largest wetlands area in California. San Francisco Bay is the biggest! Check it out!

I liked the winter beach scene. A pile of seaweed, little creek leading to the runner and a wave crashing behind him. As I like to say, “a moment”.
