Las Salinas

This is a salt mining area in Las Salinas, Dominican Republic. I made this photo in Fall 2010 and recently did a finished print and hand colored it.

This is a salt mining area in Las Salinas, Dominican Republic. The place had an empty, post apocalyptic feel that I kind of liked. I made this photo in Fall 2010 and recently did a finished print and hand colored it.

We took a road trip within our road trip to check out the Salton Sea. It was an eleven hour drive door to door. A long day but totally worth it!
