Boardwalk and Fog

Tomas
The morning we left the Dominican Republic large waves from Hurricane Tomas pounded the Malecón in Santo Domingo. This area is usually calm and waveless. Down graded to a tropical storm, Tomas still caused serious flooding in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
