These iPhone photos didn’t make the Instagram feed.
But I kind of like them.
Three different morning moods. All snapped with an iPhone 5!

A little early morning rain is nice.
Every morning Hau tree flowers were floating on the surface and lining the shore of the Hanalei River.
Surf class happened every morning too!

Three pandanus palms on the Na Pali Coast.
Three umbrellas on the Hanalei River.
Three people walking on Weke Road.

These are a few Hanalei photos I made with my iphone and uploaded to my Instagram site (jonnycakes7).
- Fun in the water!
I call this one: “They might be pirates!” All three of these photos were edited in Snapseed.

The pier was another “go to” morning spot. Every morning, there’s a hardcore group of older people fishing. If you look closely you’ll see Cooper on his morning run. (click to make the photo bigger)
- Evening, beach, dramatic sky, couple walking, all the cliches. Both photos snapped with an X-Pan II panorama camera and the always reliable Kodak Tri-X.

Most mornings I’d get up early and wander with my camera(s). The river was one of my go to spots.
