Just outside Portland, Scarborough Marsh is the biggest saltwater marsh in the state of Maine.
A serene place on this afternoon, we were lucky to catch it after a morning of mostly grey weather.
We walked on a multi-use trail that was well used by local joggers, walkers and bicyclists.

Just back from a trip to the Northeast. We made a quick stop in Boston (where the Saturday afternoon street scene was pretty good) and then on to Maine and Vermont. Most of the trip I used a compact digital camera (and Holgas, of course). I'm really happy with the results.
