More Bikes!

Looking through my photos from Denmark, bicycles were a consistent theme. It makes sense. Danish bike culture dates back to the first bicycle. In Copenhagen people have biked to work since the 1880’s.

They’re ubiquitous!

Bikes seem to be a part of the cityscape. They fit right in with the posters, graffiti and street art.

Really Random

As I’ve said before, the beauty of the iPhone is that it’s always on hand for quick grab shots.

Or recording NYC’s colorful graffiti scene.

And the political and social commentary on the walls!

Two simple thoughts! I’m not sure what the relation is but….I like the juxtaposition and the color.

There’s an Instagram site I recently started following called “ihavethisthingwithbikes.” Fun photos of riderless bikes propped in scenic location around the world.
