One of my favorite parts of a road trip is stopping for lunch at a local diner/cafe. There’s road coffee, breakfast all day and friendly staff. This is The Main Street Cafe in Hurricane, Utah.

Route 66 is looking a little worn.Funny thing is, the original Del Taco was in Yermo, CA. The Barstow location is the oldest Del Taco still operating.
